Located in the neighborhood of Anse Des Cayes overlooking the beach and the small islands off the north coast of St Barts, this newly renovated 2 bedroom villa is the perfect beach retreat. Matt and Kate Holstein, an American couple from Colorado, jointly revamped their idyllic escape with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living with a peaked roof providing 1000sq feet of floor space completely open to the air on two sides. Don't be fooled by the petite size, this dreamy space has everything and more that one might need, done up in the most stylish of ways. Decorated in a modern organic style with with an all white color palette and pops of neutral finishes to invoke a sense of serenity, Kate added personal touches and details throughout the house including soft linens, beautiful art, and found objects. The indoor living space extends to a large deck and lounge area which opens to magnificent ocean views and an outdoor pool surrounded by lush vegetation. At Villa Palmier, time slows down, sea breezes flow continuously through the house and you'll never want to leave your perfect perch from the pool deck.
ROOMS
There is a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a smaller room with two twin beds that can be made up separately or put together as a king bed. The villa features indoor-outdoor living, a large pool, a private outdoor shower with hot & cold water, beautiful ocean views, ipe decks and the sound of the waves from every room. The spacious open air kitchen features a lacanche range, perfect for cooking fresh fish from the local fish market.

St Barts is only 25sq km and endlessly charming with elegant red-roofed abodes, winding narrow roads and 22 stunning beaches to choose from. The laid back French Culture has a particular attention to design and detail, and, with world class dining and shopping, attracts an international crowd.

IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD...
The owners' favorite boulangerie, perfect for grabbing warm croissants and baguettes for breakfast, is La Petit Colombe which is located just a minute drive up the road from the villa. *more restaurant information can be found on the website
Beaches – The villa is very well located for access to a number of the islands best beaches. The local beach, Anse Des Cayes, is just a five minute walk down the hill from the villa. Flamands is a few minute drive and a wonderful place for a morning beach walk. Columbier is just a short drive past Flamands if you feel like hiking to a beach and St Jean is a short three minute drive from the villa.
Hikes - there are numerous hikes around the island, such as Toiny Point, Grand Fond Hike and Columbier. See website for more details.
Surfing - The best surf spots on the island depend on the swell. Toiny, Anse de Cayes, and Lorient are the three main spots to check. Go to Hookipa Surf Shop in St. Jean to rent boards and get more info.
